Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a beautiful opportunity to devote time to yourself. Whether concerned about long-standing issues or a present challenge, my goal is to provide a safe space for us to reflect on your past that's brought you to where you are today.  I believe in empowering you to identify what your hopeful future and goals look like and helping you to get there in a healthy way. I utilize an eclectic approach from Person-Centered, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused, Psychodynamic, and Brainspotting. I often work with people through depression, anxiety, family relationships, generational trauma, religious trauma, and grief.

Couples Therapy

I work with couples through growing communication, deepening trust, exploring intimacy, and fostering understanding of relationship dynamics. We'll reflect on patterns of behavior individually and as a unit to learn new ways of relating to each other. We will work together to expand beyond our past histories towards a more hopeful future.

Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting is a powerful tool to support people who have been feeling "stuck" with processing their trauma, anxiety, and depression, by working to bring forward underlying contributors to these issues. Developed by David Grand in 2003, Brainspotting.com shares, "Brainspotting locates points in the client's visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain."

I am recently trained in providing various types of Brainspotting to clients and looking forward to helping clients heal with this modality when clinically indicated.
